MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

What we sell

ECO DECO Pet Hospital offers veterinary wellness memberships — not physical products. All plans are service-based subscriptions billed on a monthly recurring basis.


Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email] or by calling [phone number]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your member benefits through that date.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.


Refunds

Because our membership plans include services delivered on an ongoing basis, payments already processed are non-refundable. This includes any month in which a service was scheduled, rendered, or made available to you.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.


One-time packages

One-time service packages (such as new patient plans or introductory visits) are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed or the visit window has opened.


Exceptions we consider

We are a small, relationship-based practice. If your pet has passed away or you are relocating out of the area, please reach out to us directly. We handle these situations with care, on a case-by-case basis.
