Subscriptions

When you purchase an ECO DECO membership, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription for veterinary wellness services. Your payment method will be charged monthly on the date of your original enrollment.

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, contact us at [email] or [phone number]. You can also manage your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership benefits through that date.

No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has been charged.

Pre-orders

ECO DECO does not currently offer pre-orders.
