2. What we offer
We offer preventive care membership plans for dogs and cats. These are service-based subscriptions — not physical products, not pet insurance, and not a guarantee of any specific medical outcome.
Memberships provide access to scheduled veterinary services as described on our membership page. Services must be used within the active membership period and cannot be carried over, transferred, or exchanged for cash value.
3. Memberships are not insurance
This is important and we want to be clear: ECO DECO membership plans are wellness programs, not insurance products. They do not cover emergencies, specialist referrals, hospitalizations, surgeries, or conditions that arise outside of what is explicitly listed in your plan. For those situations, we strongly recommend pet insurance through a licensed provider.
4. Who can enroll
You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner or guardian of the pet enrolled in the plan. One membership covers one pet. If you have multiple pets, each requires a separate enrollment.
5. Billing and automatic renewal
Membership plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis using the payment method you provide at checkout. Your plan will automatically renew each month until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize ECO DECO Pet Hospital to charge your payment method on that recurring schedule.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Persistent payment failures may result in suspension of your membership benefits.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change affecting your active plan.
6. Appointments and scheduling
Membership plans do not guarantee same-day or immediate access. All services require a scheduled appointment. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of enrollment to schedule your first visit.
We reserve the right to decline service or reschedule in cases where the safety of staff, patients, or other animals is at risk.
7. Medical disclaimer
Veterinary medicine involves judgment, risk, and outcomes that cannot be guaranteed. ECO DECO Pet Hospital provides care consistent with accepted veterinary standards, but we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding treatment outcomes, diagnoses, or the health of your pet.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your pet's health history and to follow through on scheduled appointments. You are responsible for your pet's behavior during visits. You agree not to misrepresent your pet's age, species, breed, or health status to influence plan eligibility or pricing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, ECO DECO Pet Hospital's liability for any claim arising from a membership plan is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County.
